RC 0.12.0 · Effective August 28, 2026
Open-beta evaluation terms
These terms cover the free pre-release copy of the StudioLimb Figma Production System. They are separate from the draft commercial license included for review.
One use means adapting either included Figma distribution for one distinct project. Duplicates, backups and iterations within that same project do not consume another use.
What you may do
- Import, duplicate and adapt one included distribution for up to three distinct, non-confidential evaluation projects.
- Use fictional, internal or non-sensitive project content to assess components, responsive behavior, tokens, QA and handoff.
- Share view-only evaluation outputs with collaborators who need to review the test.
- Send structured feedback after use 1, 2 and 3.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the reusable source or any substantial extracted library.
- Upload the source to Figma Community, a public repository, marketplace, course or membership library.
- Deliver the reusable source to a client or rely on the RC as the sole source for a live production release.
- Include client-confidential information, credentials or another person's personal data in feedback.
Feedback and privacy
Feedback is voluntary but central to the open beta. The feedback page prepares a message locally in your browser; nothing is transmitted automatically. If you choose to send it, your email provider sends the message to StudioLimb. Identifiable beta-feedback records are deleted within 90 days after the beta ends or earlier on a valid deletion request. Public attribution or a direct quotation always requires separate written approval of the exact wording.
Pre-release status
The RC may contain defects and is supplied without a promise of a release date, future compatibility or support duration. StudioLimb may end the beta or replace the build. Statutory rights cannot be waived by these terms. Figma is a trademark of its respective owner; StudioLimb is not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma.
